CHEYENNE, Wyo. - The Wyoming Beef Council is working with Kylie Schutzman, a Wyoming Culinary Institute graduate, to produce homestyle beef recipe videos to reach consumers through social media.

Schutzman focuses on her family's favorite beef recipes in these videos, which can be viewed at www.wybeef.com or www.facebook.com/WYBeefCouncil. The recipes include nutritious, inexpensive, quality ingredients and are easy options for your family dinner table.

"Beef Checkoff research shows that our target audience of millennial parents wants home-cooked meals and easy beef recipes that can be ready in 30 minutes or less," said Ann Wittmann, executive director of the Wyoming Beef Council. "The collaboration with Kylie is a fresh, fun way to share homestyle recipes through social media."

Kylie, who is from Powell, is a 2008 graduate of the Wyoming Culinary Institute in Sheridan, Wyoming. She and her husband AJ live in Cheyenne and keep busy raising two toddlers. She enjoys good music, baseball, and cooking healthy, tasty meals for her family.

Kylie's advice for active families who want satisfying and easy to prepare meals is "think simple ingredients and cook classic family favorites."  Her most recent videos walk you through cooking Beer Pretzel Dogs, French Dip Sliders, Beef and Veggie Soup, Sheet Pan Steak & Veggies, and Crockpot Beef Stroganoff.  Enjoy!
